Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using this site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, the applicable product description, our Digital Product License & Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you purchase for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. Products and orders

FolioVLT sells editable digital templates and related digital resources. No physical item is shipped. Product pages identify the included files, formats, compatibility, license, price, and any material limitations. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access is provided. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.

3. Payment, tax, and delivery

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Applicable tax may be added or included as shown at checkout. Download access is provided on the order-confirmation page and/or by email after confirmed payment. You are responsible for keeping a lawful backup of purchased files.

4. License and ownership

A purchase grants only the limited use rights stated in the Digital Product License & Disclaimer. FolioVLT and its licensors retain ownership of the reusable source products, site content, brand, and other intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share reusable source files outside the permitted license.

5. General templates, not professional advice

Products are general editable business and workflow tools. They are not attorney-approved forms and are not legal, accounting, tax, insurance, engineering, architectural, safety, or other professional advice. They do not create a professional-client relationship or guarantee compliance or any result. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting each file for your business, governing agreement, project, and jurisdiction, and for obtaining qualified review when appropriate.

6. Acceptable site use

You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, test stolen payment credentials, introduce harmful code, scrape protected files, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the site or products unlawfully. We may suspend access reasonably believed to involve fraud, misuse, or a material license violation.

7. Refunds and support

Digital-product purchases are subject to the Refund Policy shown before purchase. Contact foliovlt@gmail.com for delivery, file-access, or order support. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

8. Third-party services

Hosting, payment, email, analytics, and editing services may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and availability may apply. FolioVLT is not responsible for an interruption or change outside its reasonable control, but will provide reasonable order and download support.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, legal sufficiency, enforceability, or compliance. FolioVLT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profit, lost data, business interruption, or project delay. FolioVLT’s aggregate liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limits do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes, severability, and governing law

The version accepted for a purchase controls that purchase unless the parties agree otherwise. We may update site terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. North Carolina law governs to the extent permitted, and applicable non-waivable law controls.
