1. Who we are

FOLIOVLT is operated by Gonzalez Capital Limited Liability Co. This policy applies to foliovlt.com, customer accounts, orders, digital downloads, and support communications.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the site, we may receive your name, email address, billing contact information, account details, order information, support messages, and other information you choose to provide. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. FolioVLT does not store complete payment-card numbers.

3. Information collected automatically

Our site, hosting, commerce, security, and analytics systems may record IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, timestamps, cookie or session identifiers, cart activity, errors, login activity, order status, and download records. This information helps the site function, deliver files, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, and protect customers.

4. How we use information

• process payments and fulfill orders;
• provide order confirmations, download access, account features, and support;
• prevent fraud, abuse, card testing, and unauthorized access;
• maintain records required for tax, accounting, disputes, and compliance;
• improve site reliability, accessibility, and customer experience; and

5. Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that operate the store, including hosting and security providers, WordPress and WooCommerce services, Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout, email-delivery providers, and analytics or consent tools that are actually enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell complete payment-card information.

6. Payments

Stripe processes card payments and receives payment, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy practices. FolioVLT receives order and payment-status information needed to fulfill and support the purchase.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies may be used for security, login, cart, checkout, account, and preference functions. Analytics or marketing technologies should operate only as configured and, where required, after the appropriate choice or consent. Browser settings may block some cookies, but blocking essential cookies can prevent checkout or account functions.

8. Digital-download records

We may retain the product, order, customer or guest identifier, download identifier, date, IP address, and access count to deliver files, enforce limits, assist with recovery, and document fulfillment or misuse.

9. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Completed order, payment, refund, license-acceptance, tax, and accounting records are generally retained for up to seven years unless a longer or shorter period is required. Abandoned, failed, or cancelled order data may be kept for a shorter operational period. Security, download, and support records are retained based on risk, legal, and service needs.

10. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing foliovlt@gmail.com. We may verify the request and may retain information needed for tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, license enforcement, or other legal obligations. Account holders can update certain information through their account. Marketing messages will include an opt-out method when applicable.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and payment services designed to reduce risk. No online system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use a unique password and notify us if you believe an account or order has been misused.

12. Children

The store is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
